“Jiangxiaobai Village” Will Settle in Baisha Town

The government of Baisha town signed agreement with Chongqing Jiangjin Riverside Distillery Co., Ltd. about the conservation and restoration cooperation of Donghaituo traditional village (Jiangxiaobai Village), which marked the official settlement of culture creativity project – Jiangxiaobai Village in Baisha.

The project is located in Donghaituo traditional village of Baisha town and estimated to have a total investment of about 180 million yuan, covering an area of 23.4 mu (about 3.9 acres). It will be built in two phases, including a small-qu Gaoliang Spirit Museum, Liquor Storage Center, Jiangxiaobai Pub, Cultural and Creative Area, Featured Homestay, Food District and other projects. When all projects are completed, the village will become a homestay village themed with “rustic drinking”, which is of great significance for Baisha town to protect and inherit the unique rural culture. Jiangxiaobai, produced by Chongqing Jiangjin Riverside Distillery Co., Ltd, explores “the Renaissance of the Old Flavor” based on inheriting the traditional distillation technique of Gaoliang spirit, and it has become the leading brand of Chinese small-qu Gaoliang spirits.
