Carefully selected sun-dried green orange peels from Xinhui’s core production area. The green citrus fruits are handpicked, peeled with three cuts, sun-dried, and air-aged over time, developing a rich fragrance. They have a slightly bitter, tangy flavor with a distinctive, refreshing aftertaste. 80% ripe native oriental green plums are strictly selected. After six rounds of manual selection, only intact, undamaged plums are used for Meijian making. | |
