We select old osmanthus trees in Guilin City, hand-pick and dry the flowers to extract the rich sweet osmanthus flower essence within 24 hours, and soak the essence in the pottary jar with Dayi green plum, yellow rock sugar and single sorghum liquor for 120 days. The liquor is infused with floral aroma with sweet and sour mellow taste
