On May 3, 2018, Beijing time, Jiangxiaobai officially announced the successful acquisition of 100% equity of Chongliang Liquor Co., Ltd. at a transaction price of 78.13 million yuan. As required, Jiangxiaobai will also accept the registered trademark right items of Chongliang Group’s “Chongliang “-related categories.

In the future, Jiangxiaobai will integrate the grain-supply base of Chongliang Liquor Industry and continue strategic cooperation with the Chongliang Group in terms of direct supply of grain at fixed locations. Red sorghum will be planted through more scientific methods and in greater scale.

Jiangxiaobai will also build the state-level master distillers from the two teams into a platform-based technical team for the purpose of creating different flavor characteristics and differentiated advantages for different single items; in addition, Jiangxiaobai will be committed to carry forward “The Renaissance of the Old Flavor” of Chinese liquor.
