For many overseas consumers, Chinese Baijiu presents challenges due to its unique taste and aroma. However, the distinctive characteristics of Jiangxiaobai’s light-aroma Baijiu have significantly altered foreign friends’ stereotypical perceptions and impressions of Baijiu. Particularly, its capability to serve as an excellent base for cocktails makes the drinking experience more aligned with the consumption habits of numerous international markets. At this fair, four types of mixed drinks were primarily offered: Jiangxiaobai Mojito, along with convenient mixes with ginger ale, Sprite, and orange juice. These cocktails transformed the perception of baijiu for buyers, with many expressing that it was their first time experiencing the charm of baijiu in such a way.
