Meijian Made A Dazzling Appearence at the French Dinner de Chasse
On November 25th, Meijian, as the sole Asian liquor brand, made a dazzling appearance at the annual highest-level event of the French Culinary Association—Diner de Chasse.
On that evening, Meijian not only served as a complementing wine, paired with Scottish wild salmon, classic French meat aspic puff pastry, local classic dishes like sea bass, providing the guests with a delightful tasting experience. Meijian Mandarin Orange Green Plum Liqueur also served as the main ingredient for the evening’s dessert, used to create the famous French pastry—Savarin cake.
During the event, renowned French chefs praised Meijian for its refreshing and well-balanced sweet and sour taste, highlighting its strong universality and versatility. “Meijian pairs well with French cuisine, presenting a rich taste profile and diverse charm. It can be enjoyed as both a main course and dessert wine, as well as a pre-meal and post-meal digestive drink.”
In addition to savoring the distinctly eastern flavor of Plum liqueur, guests also received small biscuits shaped like plum blossoms. Through this approach, we aim to convey the unique eastern romanticism embodied by Meijian, translating and presenting positive images of China. This allows people to perceive the charm of traditional Chinese culture.
