Raw Materials and Craftmanship

Selected Puning plums with soft branches and large grains, thin-skinned and juicy, perfect for making sour and sweet liqueur.

 

Picking is usually completed within 20 days after Qingming Festival, and large plum fruits are selected. The fruit has thick and juicy flesh, with high acidity, without astringency, which is perfect for making MEIJIAN Green Plum Liqueur.

The Chinese traditional sugar curing process for Meijian green plum liqueur original flavor

 

In order to preserve the first scent of early summer, farmers handpick fresh plums and then Chinese traditional sugar curing process is adopted to slowly extract the green plum juice.

The sorghum baijiu is mixed with the concentrated juice of green plum to make the green plum liqueur. Thus, MEIJIAN Green Plum Liqueur has rich plum aroma and sweet and sour taste.
