Oue mixology aims to help spread awareness and generate interest in the traditional Chinese baijiu as base liquor. The most consumed liquor category in the world, baijiu, despite all its rich cultural background and limitless ways of drinking, has just shown a tip of its huge iceberg to the world, as a result of historical reasons. By integrating traditional baijiu as the base liquor into the cocktails, we are hoping that JIANGXIAOBAI MIX will expose this beverage with hundreds of years’ history to more alcohol consumers outside China, bring a new realm and range of flavors to their palate, and invite them into a fascinating world of taste and smell originating from China.
